Fees, plainly stated.
Card processing is your cost
Card processing runs 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction on both tickets and pay-per-view. Our fees sit on top of what is left, so the rule is the same everywhere: processing is your cost, we take our cut of the net.
Refunds & chargebacks come from your side
Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are your responsibility and are deducted from your payouts. You stay in control of your revenue, and nothing is ever a surprise on your statement.
If we fail to deliver, our fee comes back
The flip side of taking a cut: if we fail to deliver your event, we refund our platform fee. Card processing is set by the networks and sits outside that, but our share is on us when the stream is on us.

- Is there a setup fee?
- Not for the platform. Your branded streaming site is set up at no cost. You pay for the modules you add: ticketing per ticket, pay-per-view as a share of net, video by what you deliver and store, and apps per platform.
- Do I have to buy everything at once?
- No. Start with any single module and add the rest whenever you are ready. Turnkey setup is available if you want it all done for you.
- What does "per platform" mean for apps?
- Each app store is its own build: iPhone/iPad, Android, Apple TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Samsung, and Roku. Setup is $199 per platform and $99 per month per platform, and the per-platform rate drops as you add more platforms.
- How does video pricing work?
- Video is $0.02 per GB delivered plus $10 per TB stored each month, with no setup fee. Use it inside your site or as a standalone video API.
- Who pays card fees, refunds, and chargebacks?
- Card processing (2.9% + 30¢), refunds, and chargebacks are your responsibility and come out of your payouts. Our fees apply to the net.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Use a subdomain we provide, or point your own domain at us. You keep ownership of your domain either way.
